We keep inquiry records for up to 24 months and client records for as long as the relationship lasts plus seven years, to meet tax, accounting and legal requirements. When data is no longer needed we delete or de-identify it.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including access controls and encrypted transmission, to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
