Our story
Johanna Growth started from a pattern we kept seeing in small businesses: a website nobody updated, a social account that went quiet in March, an ad account someone set up years ago and never turned off. The problem was rarely effort. It was that no one owned the marketing end to end, and no one was measuring whether it produced work.
So we built the agency around that gap. One senior marketer accountable for the whole picture, a short list of clients, and reporting written the way an owner actually thinks: what did we spend, what came back, what changes next month.
Today we run social media, paid advertising, SEO and local search, branding, content, email and web design for businesses in central Pennsylvania and across the country. Some clients need all of it. Most need two things done properly.
